Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 9-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 9 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • The original product will be picked up (if applicable)
  • The replacement will be dispatched after quality check

Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items
